Message dated April 7 was read, stating the House passed and returned                                                           
for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 211 "An Act relating to an                                                                    
aggravating factor at sentencing for crimes directed at a victim                                                                
because of the victim's homelessness" with the following amendment:                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 211(JUD)                                                                                 
          "An Act relating to an aggravating factor at                                                                          
          sentencing concerning the knowledge of the                                                                            
          defendant regarding the vulnerability or incapability                                                                 
          of resistance of the victim due to homelessness."
